About the Founder

Early in my healthcare career, I noticed something that stuck with me: most patients aren't stuck because they're out of options. They're stuck because no one has told them what their options actually are.
I've spent more than a decade on the inside of that system, working in health insurance operations, prior authorizations, appeals, grievances, and healthcare navigation. Day after day, I watched paperwork gaps, unclear criteria, and tangled processes delay care people genuinely needed.
That's why I started Your Path to Care. Patients and families shouldn't have to figure this out alone. They deserve someone in their corner who can explain what's happening, name the real barrier, and map out what to do next.
I'm a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), and my work here is non-clinical: advocacy, education, and navigation. Using The Care Access Method, I help clients pinpoint the one thing most in the way of their care and build a practical plan to move past it.
Whether you're staring at a denial letter, waiting on a prior authorization, watching treatment get pushed out, or just not sure where to start, I'm here to help you understand your options and feel steadier as you work through them.
